हमारी प्रतिदिन की दिनचर्या में व्यक्तिगत-सामाजिक गुणों की क्या भूमिका है? क्या यह अधिगम में सहायक हैं? शिक्षक व्यक्तिगत-सामाजिक गुणों को बढ़ाने में भूमिका निभाते हैं? एक पल को रुकें एवं चिंतन करें। दिए गए चरणों का पालन करके ब्लॉग पर अपनी समझ साझा करें-

बच्चों को उनकी रूचि एवम् योग्यता के अनुसार आगे बढ़ने के अवसर देने चाहिए लेकिन दूसरे क्षेत्रो मे भी उनकी क्षमताओं की पहचान करना भी आवश्यक है। क्या पता किस किस प्रकार की प्रतिभा छीपी हुई हो।

ReplyDeleteकहानी स्पष्ट ओर इशारा करती है कि प्रत्येक बच्चे में कोई न कोई विशेष विलक्षण प्रतिभा छुपी होती है इसलिए शिक्षक का परम कर्तव्य होता है कि बच्चे में छिपी प्रतिभा को पहचाने ओर उसी क्षेत्र विशेष में बच्चे की प्रतिभा को निखारते हुए शिक्षक बच्चे को बुलंदियों की ओर अग्रसर करे न कि उसका रास्ता बदलकर उसे न इधर का छोड़े न उधर का,बच्चे की रुचि विशेष को ध्यान में रखकर शिक्षण कार्य को अंजाम दिया जाए और बच्चों की तुलना एक दूसरे से न करके उनकी प्रतिभाओं का उल्लेख करके उन्हें प्रेरित किया जाना चाहिए और उसी क्षेत्र में मुकाम पाने को प्रेरित करें तथा जो जिस में निपुण हो वह दूसरों को वही ज्ञान अर्जन में सहायता करे इस प्रकार ज्ञान के आदान प्रदान प्रक्रिया से सीखने की प्रक्रिया आसान व दिलचस्प होगी ।

ReplyDeleteसृष्टि की हर एक रचना अपने आप में अनुपम कृति है।इसी तरह कोई भी बच्चा किसी दूसरे जैसा नहीं हो सकता ।इसलिए प्रत्येक बच्चा अलग विशेषता लिये हुए है।किसी की भी दूसरे से तुलना नहीं है।सभी को समान रूप से अवसर दिया जाना और समान शिक्षा दिया जाना सही है उसके लिए व्यापक दृष्टिकोण का होना जरूरी है।यही इस कहानी का मुख्य उद्देश्य है।

ReplyDeleteप्रत्येक बच्चे में अलग-अलग क्षमताएं होती हैं और उसे अपने कौशल को मजबूत करने के लिए प्रशिक्षित होना चाहिए।
मेरे अनुसार प्रत्येक बच्चे में कुछ ना कुछ गुण अवश्य होता है हमें उसके उसी गुण को पहचानना है और उसे उसी क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ने में सहायता करनी है जिससे उसका विकास संभव हो और वह अपने जीवन में किसी लक्ष्य को लेकर आगे बढ़ सके।
